Credentials

It is always best to check out the credentials of any builder or building company before parting with any money. We are proud to be honest and reliable and all of our team are registered with the French Chambre de Metiers. All our work is insured with the Decennial (10 year building guarantee) with AXA which is a necessity here in France, particularly if you wish to sell the property in the future or require a loan to do the work. We are more than happy to provide you with a copy of our credentials and insurance certificates.


We are also able to advise you on available tax credits for work that might be required in your house, which often means you paying less. We are also able to help and advise you on the planning laws here in France and work with a reputable english speaking Architect which enables us to offer you an end to end service.


We are TVA (VAT) registered, which again brings advantages of the 5.5% reduced tax rate, and allowable tax credits against certain home heat conservation projects such as insulation, or wood burner installation.


Although C & C Construction SARL is a relatively newly established company here in France, we have been in the building trade for more than 15 years and are certified builders through the Construction Industry Training Board and have attained the City and Guilds in Construction which is a recognised certification here in France with the Chambre de Metiers.
